getting fit! You determine where and when you will
exercise, either at home, your club, at your office or
traveling.
“Getting Fit
By Phone Coaching” is a proven and revolutionary fitness
program, which will
instruct you on how to finally take control over your own health & fitness life, and
YES....learn to be your own self-motivated fitness coach! It’s time you
look and feel great!
Stanford University, one of the most well respected institutions in the world,
has performed over 20 + years of extensive research on Phone Coaching for
physical activity. The conclusion is Phone Coaching results in a 75-90%
compliance rate for all participants. Therefore, you will get
results!
Via the phone, fax, and e-mail, you will communicate with Coach Joe weekly, to
help you achieve your specific health and fitness goals. You will have a set
appointment time each week (30 minutes) to discuss your prescribed workouts, review your
scorecards results and prepare your upcoming routines. You can call Coach Joe, 7
days / week, 24 hours per day for general
questions and support, and can expect
a response in less than 24 hours.
Detailed conversations are covered in your
weekly 30 minute phone session.
You will be sent your own health & fitness exercise binder
and scorecards.
It is fun & results oriented!
We will set-up an exercise program that is
specific to your goals, health,
gender and age.
The coaching sessions will be
targeted at both your cardiovascular exercises (walking, running, biking, etc.)
and your resistance training (weight lifting), and stretching too.
Remember
to hold those stretches for 30 seconds!
You and Coach Joe will discuss your exercise heart rate and
the amount of calories you are burning. This is accomplished by the use of
your Polar Heart Rate-Calorie Burn
Monitor, provided by Coach Joe.
